soap opera Generations: The Legacy
Nyamane has also appeared in other films and television shows. She played Lacey in the romance film Tropic of Love 2024, Natasha Zulu in the comedy film Blessers (2019), and Phumeza in Six in the City (2023).

Mpume “Six” Nyamane was born on 6 April 1998 in Newcastle, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Growing up, she played hockey.
She played hockey from grade 4 up to matric and stopped playing after moving to Johannesburg. She got her nickname “Six” from her days of playing provincial hockey, as she played position six.
Education
Nyamane studied finance at the University of South Africa (UNISA) but dropped out to pursue a career in acting. Acting& TheaterCareerNyamane made her acting debut as Natasha Zulu, the daughter of a businessman, in the 2019 comedy film Blessers. She made her first TV appearance in the recurring role of Amo in the soap opera Rhythm City on 21 April, 2021.
She appeared in Soweto TV’s first original reality show, Single in Soweto, alongside Bathabile Dlodlo, Mosa Kaiser, and Sindile Ramabele in 2021. She landed another recurring role as Buhle on the soap opera Scandal! on November 30, 2021. She also portrayed Ntobe Langa in the romance-comedy TV Movie Korobela (2021).
Nyamane played another recurring role as Akhona in the 1Magic drama series Unmarried, appearing in Season 3 on 29 April, 2022. She portrayed Mandisa on the SABC1 comedy-drama telenovela uBettina Wethu.
In December 2022, she landed her breakout role as Nozipho Cele-Moroka in SABC1 soap opera Generations. She left the soapie on 24 April 2025
She starred as Zethu Hlongwane, a straight-A medical graduate, in the Mzansi Wethu telenovela Homecoming.
